The Brief
Tritek is a non-code tech training company teaching people who want to transition into tech but don't want to learn to code. The campaign goal was student enrollment and brand awareness — building recognition for the "non-code tech" category and driving qualified interest in Tritek's courses.

Our Approach
We built the campaign around a story, not a sell.
The insight was simple: the audience most likely to enrol wasn't fresh graduates chasing a first career. It was Nigerian adults already working, who felt their existing skills weren't enough to keep them competitive — or employed. That's a real, specific fear, and the messaging needed to meet it honestly.
We built the creative as a short film following that exact character: a Nigerian adult navigating the pressure to upskill, discovering Tritek as the pathway that made sense for him. We cast Elozonam — the Big Brother Naija star with mass Nigerian audience reach — to carry the story. Familiar face, unfamiliar territory: a career-crisis narrative told through someone people already trusted.

Execution
A single narrative film, shot and edited to feature quality, running for one month across Elozonam's own channels. Five04 owned the full build — talent booking and negotiations, scripting, production, campaign management, and reporting.

The Result
The campaign put Tritek's non-code positioning in front of a mass Nigerian audience through a face that already had their attention — landing the message that career reinvention doesn't have to start with code.
